A bowl full of love, greens, and plant-based protein! Tofu is a favorite of mine, and this recipe includes my go to tofu recipe! And isn’t it pretty! Eat the Rainbow all the way! 🌈

INGREDIENTS
Tofu:
So easy and SO delicious! Bake in oven at 400 until lightly browned. Make sauce; 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 table spoon white vinegar. Combine with tofu after baked!
Vegetables:
Boil them until soft. For me, I used broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. You can you add whatever you want! Before eating I also recommend adding spinach:) Enjoy!
