These Scones are definitely going to be a new staple on the weekend Brunch spread! So so good and so easy to make.

Ingredients
VEGAN BLUEBERRY SCONES💙🌱💙
These scones were so easy to make, and SO yummy for the cool nights here in Cincy!
Ingredients~
1 flax egg (2 tbs water and 1tbs ground flax seed)
3/4 of a cup plant based milk (we used soy)
2 cups flour
1 tbs baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbs room temperature coconut oil🌴🥥
1/3 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. make flax egg. Combine all dry ingredients with a whisk. Then cut in room temp coconut oil a tbs at a time. Once mixture is combined, add milk and egg. Finally add the fresh or frozen blueberries! Cut scones however you desire and place in oven for 20-25 minutes (UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ✨✨✨)
